John R. Stratton Visitor in Music

Stephen Wadsworth is the head of dramatic studies for Metropolitan Opera’s Lindemann Young Artist Development Program and James S. Marcus Faculty Fellow and Director of Opera Studies at Juilliard. Wadsworth is known internationally for his directing in both spoken word and opera. His ability to elicit detailed and nuanced performances from actors is perhaps one of his most extraordinary abilities in the array of his many accomplishments and talents.
