ANNOUNCEMENT: Faculty of Music community invited to select in-person concerts

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,

As our ensembles come together this fall, we are pleased to announce that Faculty of Music students and staff will now be able to attend select concerts in person. At this time, both Walter Hall and MacMillan Theatre will be able to accommodate up to 50 audience members.

Please register only for events you are certain you can attend. We want to ensure as many people as possible are able to enjoy each concert!

To keep our community safe, we have set up a few safety guideposts:

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Registration is open only to students, staff and faculty of the Faculty of Music. Please be ready to present all the following documents when you arrive for your concert or event:

  1. Registration Confirmation
  2. UCheck Green Screen
  3. TCard

?*Note: We ask for your patience and understanding at the door. If you do not have all of your documents with you, you may not be allowed admission.

SEATING
We are required to ensure some distancing between audience members. Please respect the seating plan that we have provided, leaving at least two seats between you and your colleagues. We also ask that you move to your seats quickly to minimize traffic in the aisles.

TO KEEP THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY…

  • In order to guarantee your seat, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the concert start time and have all of your documents ready to present, either on your mobile device or in hard copy.
  • If you are looking for a document, please step to the side so that we can keep our check in running smoothly.
  • While waiting in line, be sure to leave at least 2 meters distance between you and your neighbor.
  • You must wear a mask at all times.
