Biography
Nicole Aguiar is an advancement professional with over 14 years of experience at the University of Toronto, specializing in major gifts operations, donor stewardship and prospect management. In her previous role as Operations Officer, Major Gifts, she supported fundraiser productivity and major gift growth through effective business processes, reporting and stewardship initiatives. Nicole is highly regarded for her collaborative approach, strong relationship-building skills and expertise in managing complex cross-functional processes. A 2022 BRAVO Award recipient, Nicole brings deep institutional knowledge, ARBOR expertise and a commitment to continuous growth and teamwork. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and 7-year-old Labrador retriever, Brandi.
