Undergraduate Transcripts & Convocation
Transcripts
The transcript is an official document that outlines a student’s academic record. It contains a summary of academic activities at the University of Toronto, including a listing of all courses and grades received. The official transcript is certified by the University Registrar, bearing the University Registrar’s signature. The University of Toronto produces its official transcript in an electronic (eTranscript) format.
The Faculty of Music does not produce official transcripts; these are issued from the central University Registrar.
Convocation
All information regarding the ceremony, reservations, tickets and diplomas (including name changes) is provided from the Office of Convocation. Refer to www.convocation.utoronto.ca for details.
Prospective graduands are required to complete the RSVP on ACORN by the posted deadline, if they wish to attend the ceremony. Deadline dates are critical and responses must be submitted before the deadlines posted on the Convocation web site to ensure your participation in the ceremony.
Office of Convocation
The Office of Convocation is responsible for the logistical details of the student and guest related elements of over 33 convocation ceremonies annually. The office is also responsible for the reissue of degrees and diplomas as well as the verification of the graduation status of University of Toronto alumni.
