Career Programming and Services

Career Exploration and Education is a department within Student Life that offers a wide range of programming and services. 

Career Exploration and Education (CxED) offers career development guidance through workshops, job shadowing programs and individual appointments, as well as employment, internship and volunteer listings, resume clinics and practice interviews. 

CxED helps students and recent graduates explore what they can do with their degree, discover job opportunities and further education. 

They are located (temporarily) at 800 Bay Street (corner of Bay & College), 5th Floor.

Hours of Operation: September – June: Monday – Friday - 8.45am-5pm
Summer Hours: July – August: Monday – Friday – 8.45am – 4.30pm.

Career Educator

In addition to accessing career programs, services and resources through the Career Exploration & Education Department, Music students have access to an on-location Career Educator. Mary McAuliffe works with undergraduate and graduate students, and recent graduates (up to 2 years post convocation), supporting them through 1:1 appointments and workshops.
