Surviving and Thriving: 68 Years of a Canadian Music Library Society

Head Librarian Jan Guise presented a conference paper at The Royal Musical Association Conference at the British Library in London, U.K. in September based on her recent research leave. The project involved researching and writing the history of the Canadian Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centres (CAML). The image shared is a poster from 1967 the association used in a membership drive. Jan’s travel to the RMA150 conference was funded by an Oxford Music & Letters Grant and CAML Research and Professional Development Scholarship.
